Project Concept💡
We make event planning simple, joyful, and inclusive
Whether you're hosting a cozy house party or a dinner at your favorite restaurant, PlanPal helps you manage checklists, track RSVPs, and stay on top of every little detail — without the stress.
Project Goal🎯
To design an inclusive event planning website “PlanPal” that helps people organize small celebrations with ease through checklists, RSVP tracking, and reminders.
Problem we're solving🧩
Planning small events like birthdays, house parties, or casual dinners often becomes stressful and unorganized. Most people rely on scattered notes, last-minute reminders, or group chats — leading to forgotten tasks, missed invites, or overall confusion.
Existing event planning tools are either too complex, focused only on large-scale events like weddings, or don’t offer all-in-one features like reminders, checklists, and guest tracking for smaller celebrations.
